2014 National Rally- Melbourne.

The 45th National Rally was held in Melbourne, Victoria over Easter 2014.
The JDCA had a 16 car convoy depart Uncle Leo's for lunch in Yass. Some western members met up with the club in Yass for lunch. The convoy departed Yass for an overnight stop at Rydges in Albury. Departing Albury on Friday morning we traveled to Rally HQ in Melbourne. Later that night we attended to Meet and Greet party, had a look at the new F Type coupe, enjoyed a bite to eat and settled in for the first day of the rally. Saturday dawned to the sound of rain and it didn't really stop all day. While most of the fellows attended the display day the women folk hit the shops in Melbourne (Oh the pain!). Saturday night was the bush dance at the JCCV club rooms followed on Sunday by the Sporting event at Sandown Raceway. Sunday night was the Presentation Dinner which included a presentation for the 46th National Rally to be held in Launceston, Tasmania in 2015. Monday morning we attended the end of rally brunch, again in the JCCV club rooms before the start of the Post Rally Tour and the 9 hour trip home for us.
